Real Experience

I've deployed AI tools across an entire organization — building a macOS SwiftUI chat app with Duo SSO so non-technical colleagues could use LLMs securely, setting up LiteLLM proxy for model routing and cost management, and creating Claude Code skills that automate repetitive security tasks.

The result: teams that were skeptical about AI became daily users, with proper guardrails in place from day one.
